WHO AM I?

MY NAME IS DAVID PERKINS. â€‹

THROUGH ENDLESS YEARS OF SPORT OFFSEASON'S,  I DEVELOPED A LOVE FOR TRAINING. NOT THE PHYSICAL ASPECT OF TRAINING, BUT THE PROCESS.  HAVING THE CAPABILITY TO SCULPT ONES BODY, INCREASE ONES SPEED, STRENGTH  AND MOBILITY. 

AFTER MY FINAL COLLEGIATE FOOTBALL SEASON, I FOUND A PASSION IN POWERLIFTING WHERE I COMPETED AND TOOK 2ND PLACE OVERALL IN MY FIRST COMPETITION, WHICH SOON TRANSCENDED INTO USING MY 15 YEARS OF ATHLETIC KNOWLEDGE TO PURSUE A PERSONAL TRAINING CAREER.

THE "STAY IN YOUR BAG" SLOGAN WAS CREATED DURING MY POWERLIFTING CAREER.  CONSTANTLY CRITIQUING AND PERFECTING THE PROPER MECHANICS TO PERFORM MY BEST.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

TO BE "IN YOUR BAG" IS TO BE IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND WHEN PERFORMING.  TO BE FOCUSED, TO BE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY PREPARED
