This Progam was designed to mix up your normal gym regiment. The more we find a routine, the more repeitive and almost boring going to the gym becomes. I created this Push, Pull, Legs program to help add more creativity to going to the gym. A normal " Push " workout consist of all the excersizes that have a pushing movement. ie ( bench press, Shoulder press ) instead of doing those particular workouts I focused more on the body parts that are worked throught the actual workout.
